My current fee structure and policy may be found in my disclosure statement. I accept cash and personal checks at the time of service unless we agree to other payment arrangements. I am a preferred provider with some insurance plans and am affiliated with certain Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). If I am not paneled with your insurance plan, I can provide you with an invoice as an out-of-network provider. In this case, I request that you submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
It is esssential that we meet consistently for the work to be effective. Meeting one time per week is advised although we can decide together what is best for you based on your unique situation. Some clients find it quite helpful to meet more than once per week as additional sessions may afford us the time to move more deeply into the work together. Your appointment time is reserved for you. I request 48 hours notice, by phone, if you need to cancel. If you have an emergency or serious illness, I will make every effort to offer you a mutually convenient make-up session within one week of the missed appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be charged your full fee to be paid at the next session.
